Yes, you definitely can use a prepaid Mastercard debit card.
Everyone’s hair is different so I can’t give you an exact number, but mine was growing ~1/4″/month and now it grows ~3/4″ a month. You can check out some of the other Mira hair oil reviews to read some experiences of others. I have a new review coming at the beginning of May via a friend of mine, and her hair is growing over an inch a month!
