Fish Oil!

I know, “fish” and “oil” sound pretty disgusting in the same sentence. I used to feel the same way until I learned about what this supplement can do for both my hair and body. Here’s what a friend of mine, a naturopath, told me about fish oil:

There are huge benefits of fish oil for your hair. Supplementing with fish oil can improve hair quality and even help hair grow longer faster.

Woman with lifeless, brittle and dull hair probably aren’t aware that poor nutrition is the major cause. Whenever there is a deficiency of omega-3 fatty acids, the quality of hair is damaged. Proper nutrition will result in shiny, healthy. Since Omega-3 fatty acids nourishes the hair follicles, your hair will be stronger, grow faster and shinier. Fish oil provides healthier hair by providing essential nutrients to the hair, hair follicles and the scalp. Your hair shaft will be smoother and your hair strands will be shinier. Once hair is healthier, it will be easier to manage, look better and won’t frizz as easily and will be easier to manage.

Dull and lifeless hair can be caused by poor nutrition and affect the growth of your hair. Fish oil is vital to healthy hair. Your hair can become unhealthy and dull when your body is starved of essential nutrients suck as fish oil. It is a proven fact that fish oil contains hair-growing properties.

High amounts of Omega 3 can be found in the following fish: albacore, herring, halibut, canola oil, sardines, trout, clams, sardines, shrimp and walnuts.

You must get the proper nutrients into your body to have healthy hair. The proper balance of Omega 3 fatty acids is highly necessary.
